
Fasi Zaka
Fasi Zaka is a public policy and strategic communications and behaviour change leader with 25+ years’ experience supporting donor-funded programmes and public-sector reform in Pakistan. He has led high-level government coordination and delivered evidence-based, evaluation-informed, award winning campaigns across health (including WASH and COVID-19 risk communication), education, and governance. He has advised on narrative strategy, stakeholder coalitions, and policy communications in complex, low-trust environments, including work linked to KP merged districts and work on national economic cooperation initiatives and public finance. He serves on the Board of Code for Pakistan (part of the global Code for All Alliance), and is a member of the Patient Advisory Board at Aga Khan University and the Research Advisory Council at PIDE. He studied at Oxford University (Rhodes Scholar) and holds an MBA from the University of Peshawar.
